Jewellery Guarantee

Your guarantee runs for a full year after your purchase.  If your jewellery develops any defects within this time, either with the workmanship or of the material, we will replace or repair it free of charge. And, should we no longer have that piece in stock, you may exchange it for something of a similar value.

You will have 14 days, once you have received your jewellery to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.  If it is not exactly what you are looking for, and remains unworn, and the tags are still in place then you may post them back to us for a full refund.

We guarantee that the pearls in our princess collection are genuine freshwater pearls and of a high luster and blemish free, this is one of the highest levels attainable in the pearl grading system used by the Gemological Institute of America.

As a part of our guarantee we will offer to restring our silk strung freshwater pearl pieces for free after two years.
