If you require your accessories for a certain date for a dress fitting, and wish to choose between a number of different styles, then please let us know in advance - we are happy to accommodate this service.

We want you to love your pearls, which is why we operate our ‘if you don’t love your pearls, send them back’ policy and will happily accept your items back with the exception of personalised/customized items. All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. All items must be returned unworn in the condition that they were sent out in and in their original packaging with tags still attached. We require notification via e-mail of your request to return the item within 7 days, unless prior arrangements have been made i.e. for a dress fitting etc.

Standard Delivery in the UK and NI : will be sent by Royal Mail:

£3.50 2nd Class Signed For (for items under £29 in value)
£4.50 1st Class Signed For (For items under £29 in value)
£6.50 Special Delivery (recommended for items over £29 in value
£7.50 Special delivery ((recommended for items over £500 in value)

Urgent UK orders £6.50 per item. (please check availability before ordering)

COURIER COSTS ON REQUEST
International & Republic of Ireland orders: will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed for £9.00 plus £1 per additional item thereafter.

Despatch timescales:

For (UK) delivery via Royal Mail, 1st class posted packages should arrive within 1- 4 working days. International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and arrival times will vary dependant on the country of receipt and customs clearance, the average time is 5 – 10 working days.

Urgent UK orders :

These items are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery or an alternative courier may be used if agreed in advance. For Royal Mail Special Delivery, items should arrive the following working day and will require a signature upon delivery. As some of our items are handmade in the UK, please contact us if you wish to place an urgent order so that we may confirm timescales for delivery.
